The majestic sea

Many a time and oft
the return of sunset
dyes the blue-colored thoughts
many a time and oft
the soft sand
the briny breeze
the rising sails
the deep blue sea are
clear as the water
joyous as the waves
intrepid as the
hurricane
we
like babies
of the sea
gently fondled by
ancient nursery rhymes
still touching
many a time and oft
a new reef is sculpted by
the sea
and polished by
the waves.
